MOSS 2007 – Have used this on a massive 10 site project. However much of the solution needs to be .NET customisation to MOSS. For exmaple to facilitate varying site access restrictions, eCommerce capabilities.

    I had previous experieneces with MOSS and the went to Kentico CMS which includes the E-commerce capabilities and the multiple site support too. Comparing the prices and the number of features it is the win-win solution for me.
